Strip away the noise
No “AI transformation” theatre. Start with the business problem and work backwards.
My career started in technology in 1988, moved through enterprise systems for banks and stock exchanges, then into two decades of online marketing, SEO, websites and lead generation. AI brings those two halves back together.
Early in my career I worked on enterprise computer systems in environments where technology had to be reliable, logical and useful — not impressive in a demo.
Later I moved into marketing and spent years learning the other side of the problem: how companies get attention, generate enquiries, convert customers and accidentally lose good opportunities along the way.
AI automation is where those disciplines finally meet properly.
Technology is only impressive if it actually saves time, removes friction or makes money.

If it does not save meaningful time, improve the customer journey or create commercial value, why build it?
The best system often fits around the tools and habits a team already understands.
The local market is full of high-value businesses where speed, personal service and multilingual customer communication matter enormously.
But the underlying problems are not uniquely Spanish: slow lead response, inconsistent follow-up and manual admin are universal.
That conversation is normally more interesting.
