1. About these terms
These terms govern use of darrenboyle.com and its public AI and demonstration features. The website is operated by Darren Boyle, NIE / Tax identification Y5860707E, from Urb. Angel de Miraflores, Bloque 4, 3B, C. Geranio 35, 29649 Las Lagunas de Mijas, Málaga, Spain.
2. Information and enquiries
The website provides information about professional services and allows visitors to make enquiries. Sending an enquiry, using the AI Concierge or requesting an automation review does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve capacity, or create an obligation on either party to enter into a paid agreement.
3. Commercial services
Any paid project or ongoing service will be subject to a separate proposal, order, statement of work, agreement or other written confirmation covering the agreed scope, price, payment terms, responsibilities and any service-specific conditions. Where those specific terms conflict with these general website terms, the specific agreed terms will govern the paid service.
4. AI and demo limitations
The AI Concierge and other demonstrations may use generative AI, sandbox data, fictional examples, illustrative workflows or example commercial scenarios. AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Examples relating to response rates, lead recovery, revenue, conversion, time saved or costs are illustrative unless expressly identified as measured results from a real customer with an explanation of the basis for the claim. No particular commercial outcome is guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or AI features to upload or submit unlawful content, confidential information you are not entitled to disclose, malicious code, abusive content or material that infringes another person's rights. You must not attempt to bypass security, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with normal operation or impersonate another person.
6. Third-party platforms and integrations
References to or integrations with services such as WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, CRM systems, email providers, booking tools, property systems, calendars or other third-party platforms are subject to the relevant provider's terms, permissions, technical restrictions, pricing and availability. Darren Boyle does not control third-party approval decisions or guarantee that every third-party integration will remain available on identical terms.
7. Intellectual property
The website's original content, design, software and Darren Boyle / AI Concierge materials are owned by Darren Boyle or used under licence. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their owners. You may view the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation purposes but may not reproduce, sell, republish or exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
8. Availability and liability
The website and public demos may be changed, updated, suspended or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the website will always be available or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under consumer, data-protection or other applicable legislation. Any later commercial agreement may contain more specific governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions.
